Welcome to LAHS Track & Field 2025!

Tryouts begin Feb. 3rd, 4pm @ the Track
Athletes must have completed the athletic clearance process before trying out. Physical Form (take to your doctor).
Please come dressed to run with proper running shoes, athletic clothing, sweats and a water bottle.

Winter Sport athletes must complete their current season of sport before attending tryouts. Please add your name here so we know you will be coming out when finished.

Pre-Season Conditioning: 
Hurdlers can sign up here for Tuesday and Thursday small group hurdle sessions.

These workouts are designed for sprinters, jumpers and hurdlers but all are welcome. These workouts are optional but recommended.

• Volunteer driver application form- only district approved drivers may transport other athletes to meet. Anyone can transport their own child.

​Transportation Rules, Parent Drivers, Meet Expectations

• We will bus to weekday meets and use coach/parent drivers for weekend invitationals.
• Athletes may NOT drive or bike themselves to away meets.
• A parent driver may only driver other students if the are a district approved driver. Please complete the application at this link, it only takes a few minutes. 
• Athletes are expected to stay until the end of all dual meets to cheer on teammates. If you are not going home on the bus, AFTER the meet you may go with your own parent or a district approved driver but you must have the parent come into the track and sign you out. No drive by pick ups.​​
