Workout times during the season
Mon, Tue and Thurs 4:00-6:00pm, Wed and Fri. 3:30-5:30  Rain or shine.
Saturday morning practice- 9:30am.  Check with your event coach if Sat. practice is being held.
We hold practice over winter and spring breaks.

• Volunteer driver application form- only district approved drivers may transport other athletes to meet. Anyone can transport their own child.

​Transportation Rules, Parent Drivers, Meet Expectations

• We will bus to weekday meets and use coach/parent drivers for weekend invitationals.
• Athletes may NOT drive or bike themselves to away meets.
• A parent driver may only drive other students if the are a district approved driver (see link above).
• Athletes are expected to stay until the end of all dual meets to cheer on teammates. If you are not going home on the bus, AFTER the meet you may go with your own parent or a district approved driver but you must have the parent come into the track and sign you out. No drive by pick ups.​​
